For a long time, we felt that ancient myths were made up, and the characters in myths were fictional and did not exist. However, with the development of archaeological work in recent years, especially the unearthing of several mythical "immortal" tombs, many people have begun to wonder whether the myth exists?
First: the tomb of Lu Dongbin.
Lu Dongbin is one of the mythical Eight Immortals of Shangdong, Lu Yan, the ancestor of Pure Yang Dao, is said to have been born in the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty and has participated in the imperial examination three times. Later, when he went to Beijing again to take the exam, he met Han Zhongli, one of the eight immortals, and was enlightened by it, and experienced the joys and sorrows of life in a dream, so he realized that he gave up his fame and fortune and ran to Zhongnan Mountain to cultivate, and finally became an immortal.
However, an ancient tomb in front of Yongle Palace in Ruicheng County, Shanxi Province, made Lu Dongbin enter our eyes again. At that time, in order to cooperate with the construction of the Sanmenxia Reservoir, it was necessary to relocate the Yongle Palace, and a "Tang Chunyang Lu Gongzu Tomb" was found near it, and it was believed that the tomb owner was Lu Dongbin. However, after the archaeological experts dug up the calendar file, they found that this was a male and female tomb, and copper coins of the Song Dynasty were also found in the tomb.
Second: the Tomb of the Queen Mother of the West.
The Queen Mother of the West is the head of the female immortals in ancient mythology, and is in charge of the affairs of men and women ascending to immortals together with the Eastern Princes, and later gradually evolved into the Queen Mother, the wife of the Jade Emperor of the Heavenly Court. But either way, it's more like a fictional character.
However, many years ago, archaeological experts found an ancient tomb "West Queen Mother Tomb" in Wuxue, Hubei. According to expert research, the owner of the tomb should be Mrs. Xiang sent by the Sui Dynasty to the Western Turks and relatives, and later stayed in the Central Plains because of the Turkic civil strife in the process of provincial relatives, and was buried in her hometown of Hubei after her death, known as the "Queen Mother of the Western Turks", Wu Chengen created the image of the Queen Mother of the West accordingly.
Third: The tomb of He Xiangu.
He Xiangu, one of the eight immortals in myths and legends, is said to be a medical woman in the Tang Dynasty, because she often sees people**, she is called Xiangu by the local people. Later, He Xiangu was lit by the gods, and ascended into immortals, and the locals built a clothed mound for her in order to commemorate her, which is located in the ancient village of Yingshangguan in Anhui Province.
Fourth: Tomb of the Monkey King.
The previous immortals still have prototypes in history, and the local people may have built mausoleums for them, but Sun Wukong is completely made up in "Journey to the West", even if there is an original rotten banquet type, his prototype is definitely not called Monkey King.
However, on the main peak of Baoshan in Shunchang, Fujian, experts unexpectedly found an ancient tomb here, and it is also the joint tomb of Monkey King and Tongtian Great Sage. Who built the mausoleum for them? Could it be that there really is a Monkey King in history?
Or are ancient book lovers too involved in the drama and deliberately build a tomb to commemorate it? To this day, no one can understand. What are your thoughts on this?

When it comes to tourist attractions in Shanxi, to be honest, there is really nothing, probably because of the reason for living in Shaanxi, I always feel that there are no interesting tourist attractions in Shanxi, the most famous should be the ancient city of Pingyao, Datong Fangte, and the rest really can't remember. But today, I looked at the information and found that there is another scenic spot in Shanxi that is very worth visiting, and I believe that the vast majority of people have not been to this scenic spot.
This scenic spot is in Taiyuan, Shanxi, next to the most lively May Day Square, probably because there is no publicity, plus it is not well-known, so many people do not know this place, it is Chunyang Palace, I believe that many people have passed by, and even noticed, but they have not entered, but this place is a national key cultural relics protection unit, its value is naturally self-evident, needless to say.
This attraction is actually the most recent one, and it is in the downtown area, so it is not difficult to find at all, but it may be that the door is a little small, so many people have not noticed, but in fact, Chunyang Palace was built in the Yuan Dynasty, the Ming and Qing dynasties have rebuilt and expanded the building complex, but now the interior of the scenic spot is mainly in the Qing Dynasty and the later rebuilt buildings, there is Lu Tianxian Temple in front, and there are Penglai Wonderland eight characters in the back to add a quaint atmosphere. The classic looks very simple, and the appearance does not look so luxurious, which is very suitable for everyone to visit here.
The main hall here is dedicated to the statues of Lu Dongbin, Wang Chongyang and Qiu Chuji, yes, this is a Taoist holy place, in addition, there are no special cultural relics in this scenic spot. Looking at the whole country, it may be the only tourist attraction here that commemorates Lu Dongbin, and I have to say that this is still very unique. At present, there are Buddhist statues from all over the ages, and there are about 20 exhibition halls, which is also a major feature of this scenic spot.

He once cultivated in the Zhongnan Mountain, and then traveled to Paibhu Lake in the river, calling himself a "Hui Taoist", and Taoists respectfully called him "Shen Hao Lu Zu".
According to legend, Lu Dongbin's tomb is about 200 meters east of the gate of Yongle Palace. In front of the tall tomb erected the stone tablet carved in the Yuan Dynasty, on which the words "Tang Dynasty Chunyang Lu Gongzu Tomb" are written.
