2. Do not draw blood too late.
During the course of the day, a person's metabolism always fluctuates, and its metabolic rate is not a level. Therefore, the physical examination and laboratory test requires fasting blood to be collected at 7 30 8 30 in the morning, and the latest should not exceed 12 00. Too late, due to the influence of physiological endocrine hormones in the body, the test value will be distorted.
3. Avoid mood swings.
Nervousness and agitation can affect neuro-endocrine function, resulting in an increase in serum non-esterified fatty acids, lactate, and blood glucose. Therefore, it is necessary to control your emotions before the physical examination, keep your mood stable before the test, and do not walk back and forth, eat cold drinks or smoke.
4. Avoid strenuous exercise.
Exercise can cause changes in the composition of blood and body fluids, and even mild activity can cause physiological blood sugar increases and changes in endocrine hormone levels, which can affect results. Therefore, do not do strenuous exercise two days before the physical examination, and do not do light activities such as walking one hour before.
5. Avoid greasy diets.
Diet is the most important factor affecting blood lipids, blood lipid test requires fasting for 12 hours, generally after dinner, in addition to drinking water, do not eat other foods. In addition, in order to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the physical examination results, the examinee should eat less or no high-fat food and refrain from drinking alcohol within 3 days before the examination.
