The IAAF Handbook stipulates that the standard semi-circular track and field track is 400 meters long and consists of two straights and two curves. At present, international and domestic track and field competitions usually use the following types of track and field fields.
a) An athletic field with a radius of 36 meters along the inner protrusion.
The calculated radius of one lane is meters, the length of the line of one curve of one lane is meters, and the length of the calculated line of two curves is meters. The length of one straight section is meters, the length of two straight sections is meters, and the length of the calculation line is 400 meters. Such as Beijing Workers Stadium, Liaoning Anshan Stadium, Shanghai Hunan Stadium, etc.
2) Athletics field with a design radius of meters along the inner protrusion.
The calculated radius of one lane is meters, the length of one curve is 120 meters, and the length of two curves is 240 meters. One straight section is 80 meters, two straight sections are 160 meters long, and the length of one lane and one circle calculation line is 400 meters. Such as the track and field field of the Beijing National Olympic Sports Center, the track and field field of the Shenyang Sports Center, and the track and field field of the 24th Olympic Games in Seoul, South Korea.
3) Athletic field with a design radius of meters along the inner protrusion.
The calculated radius of a lane is meters, the calculated line length of a curve is meters, and the length of the calculated line of two curves is meters. One straight section is meters, two straight sections are meters long, and the length of the calculated line is 400 meters. Such as Dalian Stadium, Guangzhou Olympic Athletic Stadium, Changsha ** Stadium, 23rd Olympic Games Los Angeles Athletic Stadium, etc.
4) The width of the track for the race.
The track width of the track is m to m (eight lanes) or m to m (six lanes), each lane is m wide (including the right lane lane), the width of the lane line is 5 cm, and all lanes should be the same width. Except for the grass runway, the inner side of the runway should be demarcated by a protrusion made of suitable materials, with a height of about 5 cm and a minimum width of 5 cm; If drainage can be done, the protrusion can be up to centimeters, but not exceeded; If there is no protrusion, a 5 cm wide marker line should be drawn.
v) Record-breaking runways.
The rules stipulate that the radius of the outer track of a record-breaking runway must not exceed 50 meters. Unless the arc is formed by the larger of the two radii of the curved section of the site, the curve at 180° does not exceed 60°
vi) The inclination of the runway.
The maximum right-left inclination of the runway shall not exceed one hundredth (1:100), the total inclination of the running direction shall not exceed one thousandth (1:1000), and the lateral inclination of the new runway shall be inclined inward (low inside and high outside).
7) Obstacle course.
The obstacle course can be on the inside of the runway (radius 36 meters, meters) or the outside of the runway (radius meters, 36 50 meters), and it is best to be located on the outside of the runway outer protrusion, but it covers a large area.
8) The longitudinal axis of the athletic field.
The longitudinal axis (i.e., the middle line) of the track and field field should be in the north-south direction, and avoid the dominant wind direction, and the angle between it and the meridian should not be greater than 5 10 degrees, and there should be a certain buffer area for the end point forward.

How many meters are there in each lap of the runway?
-
If it is a standard track and field event, it is the kind of oval that we often see, the kind with a football field in the middle, which is 400m, 400 meters.
-
The sports field track is 400 meters in one lap.
There are a total of 8 running tracks in the standard playground, the first lap is 400 meters, the second lap of meters, the third lap of meters, the fourth lap of meters, the fifth lap of meters, the sixth lap of meters, the seventh lap of meters, and the eighth lap of meters.
The radius of the innermost ring of the two semicircular curves of the standard 400-metre runway is 36.5 metres, and the curves must contain eight lanes and the straights must contain 10 lanes. However, there are only eight lanes on the common 400-meter-long runway, whether it is a curve or a straight road, and each lane is 1.2 meters long.
For all competitions of 400m and below, each athlete shall occupy a lane with a minimum width of 1 22 metres and a maximum of metres, with a width of 5 cm and the same width for all lanes. The length of the first lane shall be measured as specified in paragraph 2 above, and the length of the other lanes shall be measured 20 cm beyond the outer edge of the inside lane line. Note:
The lane width should include the right lane line.
Related Notes:
The earliest track and field track materials were soil, cinder and other materials, which are neither environmentally friendly nor hygienic, and the probability of injury after an athlete falls is very high. With the advancement of science and technology, the world's first plastic track was laid in the United States, in 1961 a 200-meter horse racing track was laid, and in the following two years, that is, in 1963, the human track and field track was successfully paved.
For the first time, the human 100-meter performance exceeded 10 seconds, which also had a lot to do with the plastic track laid at that time. The IOC introduced this new technology and rolled it out globally. And made a provision that "competitions controlled by international athletics must be held on plastic tracks".
Since then, plastic runways have become the standard configuration of sports fields around the world. China also laid a plastic runway for the first time in Beijing Workers' Stadium in 1979.

The standard track and field field is 400 meters in the innermost circle and 453 meters in the outermost circle. The standard track and field field is a 400-meter semi-circular track with a radius of meters, a total of eight tracks, a width of meters, and the dividing line of the outermost circle.
The length is meters, and the actual length of the running line is 453 meters.
A standard track and field field is generally composed of three parts: outfield, midfield and infield, as follows:
1. Outfield: The space occupied by the outer margin of the track track, a large-scale track and field.
Grandstands, or other related equipment and measures need to be built in this part of the site, and the size of the outfield is determined according to the area of open space and design requirements.
2. Midfield: The space occupied by the track racetrack, generally a standard track and field field is to have 8 lanes, and the width of each track is meters.
3. Infield: The part used for field games or ball games, one is equipped with a standard track and field infield, and a standard football field can be built.

The playground track is 400 meters in one lap. The sports field track is very particular, and a circle is generally a stadium with a 400-meter oval track. The IAAF Facility Manual stipulates that the standard semi-circular sports field track is 400 meters long and consists of two straights and two curves.
Radius: meters. The calculated radius of a lane separation is meters.
The calculated line length of one curve is meters, and the length of the calculated line of two curves is meters.
One straight section is meters, two straight sections are meters, and the calculation line of one lane and one circle is 400 meters.
Runway features: easy maintenance, save treatment and prevent sports injuries caused by falls, as well as strong adhesion, can press the moisture rise, no bubbles, peeling and other phenomena, in the maximum force of the most frequent use of the 100-meter starting point, will not be damaged by spikes or starting frame, with a strong elastic layer and buffer layer, can absorb strong impact, the surface will not be damaged.

Each place is different, relatively speaking, the average classroom is a three-room space, one room is about three meters, so the length is about 9-10 meters, and the width is about six or seven meters.
You can get 500 to 1,000 a day for a cameo on the set, and ordinary actors may have thousands or tens of thousands of a day, which is not too exaggerated.
