Therefore, if the heart is not right, the outside world will be evil; He who knows others well will know himself.

Personally, I think that when we think about whether our observations are objective or not, we are in a state of objective observation. For example, when we think about whether we are dreaming or not, we are no longer dreaming.

Based on this, it can also be seen that those who are good at self-knowledge will be good at self-examination.

Therefore, as long as we look at the world objectively, the world is objective and real. To prove that the world is real as we see it, we need only prove that our observations are objective.
