2. Specific measures.

1. Gradually carry out regular education for young children, teach children how to use napkins, utensils, teacups and water, teach children not to eat soup, not to talk loudly and to keep quiet.

6. Conscientiously cooperate with health care doctors to do a good job in the health care of young children.
