What does selflessness mean in Buddhism?

It's literal, there is no "I", the self is a fake. It's like in a dream that there are me and someone else, but when you wake up there is nothing. There is no me in appearance, but I am present, but there is a nature that can be revealed, so it is convenient to say that it is the real me. This is my life and death, and my true nature is immortal and immortal.

"Selflessness" means that there is no real self, and there is a "me" in the aggregation of causes and conditions, and the "me" that is separated by causes and conditions will be gone, and the causes will be born and destroyed.

It's a matter of pattern.

Most people are attached to "mine". I want to take everything for myself. Not only do I think my body is mine. The things outside of my body are also mine.

If you can see through and let go, not only can you put down things outside your body, but also your body and mind. This is selflessness.

"There is no self in all dharmas" does not mean that there is a "me" in this world, and then the Buddha wants you to visualize "no self" to break it; Rather, it means that there is no "me" in this world at all, and we are attached to it in our hearts, and we deeply feel that there is a "me", so the Buddha tells us that there is no "me".

"I" means to be the master. For example, if I want to raise my hand, I can hold it up, and that is called domination. Another meaning of me is that it is "constant" and "one", that is, it has always existed, yesterday's me is today's me, today's me is tomorrow's me, it has not changed, it is called "constant".

"Since this is the one and I alone, there can not be two." People in the world think that "I" is the only one, so it is called "constant" and "one". I am "Lord", "Constant" and "One", which has the meaning of immutability.

I was me when I was one year old, I was still me when I was ten years old, and I was still the same when I was old, so it didn't change, and this is what people in the world say to me.

Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism all talk about selflessness and selflessness.

Ordinary people think that there is a "me", and some people think that their body is me, and they have been struggling for the food, drink, clothing, and disturbance of this body all their lives, but in fact, this body is not "me", this body is just a flash of dust in the universe for hundreds of millions of years, which is extremely short. Moreover, in the course of a lifetime of several decades, this body has changed every minute, and there is no fixed "me". Not only is every minute of this life changing, but it is also the same for all lives.

Therefore, Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism all say that in essence, there is no "me" that exists.

Selfless shed nonsense means that you in the flesh are not the real you, you in the flesh have life and death, there are joys, angers and grievances, and there is a chain of the Dharma body that is purely blocking you, and the Dharma body you are all over the Dharma realm, everywhere, and the one who wants to realize when you study Buddhism is to find that Dharma body.

Sentient beings mistake the physical body for the real me, but they don't know that the physical body is just an illusionary shell, not the real me.
