It shows that its mental stability has improved again.
4. Close residence: It means that one's heart no longer loses the goal of focus, and this state indicates concentration.

8. Exclusive residence: The sign of this state is that there is no longer drowsiness or dropping, as long as it takes very little effort. The mind can focus on the goal, and focus as long as it wants.
9. Waiting: At this time, without spending any effort, you can focus on the goal while meditating, and you can settle down here effortlessly. At this point, the "want to define" has been reached. You have to continue to practice, and after a while, you will have a special kind of joy.

8.The ultimate silence: absolute silence is the realm of a Buddha, without any troubles, delusions, attachments, not even light peace.
9.Leaving rebirth: Leaving the promising method of birth and death, leaving the method of birth and death of troubled karma.

The eight winds in the poem refer to the eight scenes of discredit and ridicule in life, and he proudly sent the book store to raise the chain of children across the river to send them to the Buddha Yin Zen Master. After reading it, the Buddha Yin Zen Master replied with a letter. Su Dongpo was very angry after reading the Zen master's letter, he thought that the Zen master would give a high evaluation, but he never expected that the Zen master's reply was a remorseful "fart".

Su Dongpo stepped forward and asked the Zen master why he humiliated me? The Zen master still looked at Su Dongpo with a smile, and after a long time, he said to Sun Dao: "Didn't you say that the eight winds can't blow?"
How did you cross the river with a fart? After a long time, Su Dongpo suddenly woke up! I'm ashamed of myself, yes, don't I feel like I've been able to stop my heart?
Why can't a Zen master withstand a small test? It's just arrogant! Alas!
