Freedom from desire leads to liberation from suffering: Lust that is subject to all external tangible things is subject to suffering, and there is no liberation. If we are subject to our inner feelings, we will be subject to suffering, and we will not be able to liberate ourselves.
O monks! If you are not subject to all things, you will not be subject to suffering, and you will be liberated. In the same way, if you are not subject to your own inner feelings, you will not be subject to suffering, but you will be liberated.
Knowing the impermanence of things and the suffering and emptiness they bring, knowing that there is no eternal "me" is the correct concept, and ignorance of things as they are, not knowing them, not being continual, and not departing from greed, is the cause of the obsession with tangible things. People suffer because they have "self" reasons, they have their own inner feelings, and these feelings come from their own value standards for external things, and in order to get rid of suffering, people must first understand the value of things in the external world and the feelings of the inner world, which are all caused by the heart of the self.

The Buddha explained the four noble truths of suffering, concentration, extinction, and path: the existence of suffering, the cause of suffering, the elimination of suffering, and the path that leads to the elimination of suffering.
He said: "In addition to the sufferings of birth, old age, sickness, and death, many other pains are self-inflicted. Because of ignorance and delusion, what people say and do often brings suffering to themselves and others.
Hatred, attachment, anger, suspicion, jealousy, and anger all produce suffering, all due to lack of awareness. ”
Your self-inflicted afflictions are like a house of fire that traps you and cannot extricate yourself. Praying to God will not help you to regain your freedom, you must see your inner and outer circumstances so that you can get rid of all the delusions that are the source of suffering. Only by finding the root of the pain can we understand what it is.
Once you understand what pain is, you can not be entangled in it. ”
If someone is angry with you, you can get angry again, but that will only add to the suffering. But if you do the path of awareness, you don't respond to anger with anger. You will calm your heart and seek out the reason for that person's anger with you.
After careful contemplation, you will surely find the cause of the man's anger. ”
If you find that the cause is related to your own wrongdoing, you will be willing to take responsibility for making him angry. If you find that you are right, you should try to find out why he misunderstood you. In this way, you can help him understand your true nature and avoid causing further suffering.
All suffering can be removed by deep understanding. On the path of awareness, we stay focused by contemplating the breath, and we build concentration and attain enlightenment by keeping the pure vows. ”
The precepts are the principles that lead to peace and happiness, and taking the vows can help us to concentrate more easily, so that we can be more aware and focused in our lives. ”
Awareness and concentration cultivate our ability to illuminate our own minds and the true nature of our external worlds, and with this ability we can truly understand everything. ”
With understanding, we can love. When we understand everything, all suffering can be dissolved. The path to true liberation is actually the path of understanding, and understanding is wisdom. This understanding can only be gained by gaining insight into the true nature of all things. ”
So, precepts, concentration, and wisdom are the paths that lead us to liberation. ”
The Buddha paused for a moment, then smiled. He continued: "But pain is only one aspect of life, and the other side of life is wonderful.
Once we see this side, happiness, peace, and joy are within reach. When our hearts are freed, we can have direct access to the wonders and beauty of life. ”
When we truly grasp the true meaning of impermanence, selflessness, and dependent arising, we can see how wonderful our minds are. We can see how wonderful and magical our bodies, the branches and leaves of purple bamboo, the golden chrysanthemums, the clear spring water, and the bright moon are. ”
Because we are trapped in our own pain, we lose our awareness of the good side of life. When we break through ignorance, the state of infinite peace, joy, liberation, and nirvana will appear. Nirvana is the removal of greed, hatred, and ignorance, and the emergence of peace, joy, and freedom. ”
It's worthy of level 4-5, so you really don't give me a chance!
