Wang Yucheng, born in Beijing, native of Zibo, Shandong, graduated from the Department of History of Peking University in 1975, majoring in Chinese history, and is now an expert in bronze appraisal of Bobao Art Network, a researcher of the Institute of History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the director of the Cultural Research Office, and a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of History of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has successively engaged in teaching and research in the Department of History of Peking University and the Chinese History Museum, and has served as a teaching assistant, lecturer, librarian, and associate research librarian.
