Lai Peixia: A famous Taiwanese singer and artist, she is currently a magazine publisher, writer, psychological counselor, and spiritual lecturer.

Why do we argue?

First, the adrenaline rises.

When we have to fight, the adrenaline starts to rise. And the rise in adrenaline can also become an addiction, which is the same as alcohol addiction and tobacco addiction. That's why some people are furious about a small thing.

Second, differences in family values.

A lot of friction between husband and wife is actually a conflict of values, and this conflict stems from the values brought about by their respective families of origin.

If we love our parents very much, we will inherit their ways. Once it is time to argue about right and wrong, we will subconsciously treat our current family members the same way our parents treated (taught) us back then. This is the profound impact that the original family brings to children at the level of values.

What is Love Yourself?

But Teacher Lai Peixia said: You must love yourself first.

I don't want to win or lose, I just want peace.

My husband is the most loving man I have ever met in the world.

He has not gained weight since he was in the army until he is now 65 years old. He insisted on exercising every day before he was min, and he didn't eat unhealthy things at all.

Why? Because he loved his parents very much, and he knew that his body was affected by his parents, he cherished the life that his parents gave him.

And only a person who truly loves his parents, fears his parents, knows the hardships of their lives, and knows how difficult it is for them to pass on their lives to themselves, can truly love themselves.

Since knowing him, I have learned to love myself. Why do I have to love myself? Because an unhappy mother cannot raise a happy child.

They need role models, they need to know what happiness is.

So, in the intimate relationship, the two of us also let go of winning and losing, and every time there was an argument, I would say, "Count you as a winner", and he would shut up, which worked very well.

Because I know very well that I don't want to fight and lose and let Qing win, I want peace. In the peace between us, two happy and happy children were created.

Happiness is not made by making money, they are not happy just by looking at a number, they need to see a happy role model. There are many rich people in this world, but there are too few happy people.

Love yourself, explore yourself.

It is the first step to achieving the happiness you want.

Only happy people can raise happy children, and only happy people can create a happy world, know themselves, love themselves, and find their way home.

It's not an easy road.

But it is only through it that we can lead to happiness.
