I had to eat a little light the day before donating blood, I couldn't stay up late the night before, and I could only eat porridge and white steamed buns in the morning on the day of blood donation, that is, I had to be lighter. Platelet donation involves pinching the pressure bulb when the blood is removed, presumably to promote blood circulation, and then separating the platelets from the plasma with a centrifuge and transfusing the red blood cells back into the body. I searched it and said that it would transfuse everything except platelets back into the body, but after separation, there were two bags, a little platelet, and an oversized bag of plasma. It should be red blood cells and saline that are infused back into the body.

When the liquid was infused back into the body, it was relatively cold, and my whole body temperature also dropped, the doctor helped me cover me with a blanket and took a bottle of hot water to wrap the tube on it, and my friend kept helping to catch the water and put a lot of sugar to drink. It's nothing to be uncomfortable. Don't be too tired a few days before donating blood, don't eat too greasy, don't drink alcohol, take medicine, don't eat fatty meat, tofu and the like the day before donating blood, in short, eat a light diet (I usually do this, I don't care too much). Donating blood is similar to platelets, don't eat cucumbers and celery a few days before platelet donation (it is said to reduce platelets, just take it seriously).

After donating whole blood (you can donate whole blood again in half a year), you can donate platelets three months later. Platelet donation can be made again 14 days after machine collection (single or double dose) (whole blood can be donated after one month).

Since July 6 last year, I have donated platelets every 14 days, 24 times in a row, each time it is double, and I have no effect. Others have to depend on their personal physique.

I've donated blood more than 150 times, at two inches, at least 150 stitches, and my blood vessels are fine. If someone wants to say that, no one can do it.

This is actually not so serious, blood donation is usually twice a year. The blood wrench should not be less than half a year. The consent of the family must be required to donate blood. It's not enough to be an individual. Generally, there are few people who donate platelets, and most of them are family members who do not agree.
