2) Radial leakage, radial leakage refers to the leakage between the top circle of the gear tooth and the surface of the pump cavity, and the wear of the tooth top or pump cavity is intensified, resulting in leakage.

Solution: Adjust the oil absorption height so that the actual height is less than the maximum allowable value.
5.The pressure adjustment of the system relief valve is too low, or the relief valve fails, resulting in most of the pump's flow going through the relief valve back to the oil tank, so that the system pressure cannot reach the required value.

6.The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too large, when the ambient temperature is too low, it may cause the viscosity of hydraulic oil to be too low, the oil is too thick, the pump is not enough to absorb oil or the fluid resistance is too large, resulting in the system pressure not going up.
Solution: Design a heating device for the hydraulic station running at low temperature, so that the hydraulic oil can work within a reasonable temperature range.
7.The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too low, when the oil temperature is too high or the oil product is not selected properly, it may cause the viscosity of the hydraulic oil to be too low, which will aggravate the leakage, and the serious leakage will make the pump pressure unable to reach the expected working pressure.
Solution: Design a cooling device for the hydraulic station or replace the appropriate hydraulic oil, so that the hydraulic oil can work within a reasonable temperature range to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
