2007 National Public Service Registration Requirements

Applicants for civil service examinations must meet certain qualifications, that is, the minimum conditions that are indispensable for becoming a civil servant in a certain position as stipulated by the state and the main examination authority. According to Article 11 of the Civil Servants Law of the People's Republic of China, civil servants shall meet the following conditions:

1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2) Be at least 18 years old;

3) Supporting the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;

4) Be of good character;

5) Have the physical capacity to perform their duties normally;

6) Have the education level and work ability that meet the requirements of the position;

7) Other conditions provided for by law.

In addition, candidates must be in good health and under the age of 35. Candidates applying for a special position should also have the special conditions required for the position.

Article 23 of the Civil Servants Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that, in addition to meeting the requirements stipulated in Article 11 of this Law, civil servants applying for the examination shall also meet the qualifications required for the proposed position as prescribed by the competent departments for civil servants at or above the provincial level. According to the provisions of Article 24 of the Civil Servants Law of the People's Republic of China, it can be seen that the following persons shall not be hired as civil servants:

1) Those who have previously received criminal punishment for a crime;

2) Those who have been dismissed from public office;

3) There are other circumstances where the law provides that they must not be hired as civil servants.

The entry requirements for the 2015 National Examination are as follows:

1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2) Over 18 years old and under 35 years old, the age of fresh graduate master's and doctoral students (non-working) can be relaxed to under 40 years old;

3) Supporting the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;

4) Be of good character;

5) Have the physical capacity to perform their duties normally;

6) Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the position;

7) Have a college degree or above;

8) Possess other qualifications required by the proposed position as stipulated by the competent department of civil servants.

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicant must have the corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to work experience in party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, and other economic and social organizations below the county level. The experience of college graduates who have left school and are not employed to participate in internships at the internship and internship base for college graduates (the base is a grassroots unit) or participate in project research in enterprises and institutions can be regarded as grassroots work experience.

The experience of working in an army regiment and the equivalent of a unit below the regimental level can be regarded as grassroots work experience. The personnel who apply for the examination of ** organs and the experience of working in the organs directly under the prefecture (city) can also be regarded as grassroots work experience.

If the recruitment position requires work experience in rural grassroots service projects, the applicants should be college students and village officials who have completed their service period and passed the assessment, and those who serve grassroots projects such as the "Special Position Plan for School Teachers in the Rural Compulsory Education Stage", the "Three Branches and One Support" Program, and the "College Students' Volunteer Service in the Western Region".

Among them, under the age of 25 refers to those born after March 15, 1988, and under the age of 30 refers to those born after March 15, 1983.

7. Have other qualifications required by the provincial civil service department. Those who apply for the position of "serving the grass-roots project" personnel must be the "selection and recruitment of college graduates to serve in the village", "special post plan for school teachers in the rural compulsory education stage", "three branches and one support" plan, and "college students' volunteer service in the western region" personnel who have been selected by the provincial unified organization, the service period has expired, and the assessment is competent (qualified) for the "service grass-roots project" personnel of Anhui nationality. If the position clearly requires grassroots work experience, applicants must have experience in grassroots and production front-line work in organs below the county (city, district) level, enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations and other economic organizations and social organizations.

Those who have worked in military regiments and units below the equivalent regiment can be regarded as grassroots work experience. The starting time of grassroots work experience is calculated according to the document No. 59 of 2010 issued by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the deadline is July 31, 2014. The interruption time due to the change of work unit can be accumulated.

Persons with the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the examination:

1) Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and persons who have been dismissed from public office;

2) Persons who have been found to have committed serious disciplinary violations such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and are still within the processing period;(3) Civil servants who have been dismissed for less than 5 years;

4) Civil servants who have been employed for less than 2 years as of the time of application and staff of units managed with reference to the Civil Servants Law;(5) Active-duty military personnel;

6) Non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities;

7) Persons who are prohibited by law from being hired as civil servants under other circumstances.

Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute a recusal relationship as provided for in the Civil Servants Law after being hired.
