6. Tourist buses, highway passenger vehicles, hazardous chemical transport vehicles, and civil ** rolling goods transport vehicles exceeding the speed limit of less than 50 per hour shall be fined 200 yuan; If the speed limit is exceeded by 50 per hour, a fine of 500 yuan shall be imposed, and a fine of 200 yuan shall be imposed for each additional 5 kilometers, but the maximum shall not exceed 2,000 yuan.

Second, the standard of motor vehicle speeding deduction points.

1. If the speeding penalty exceeds the speed limit by less than 10 per hour, no fine will be imposed, and 3 points will be deducted;

Legal analysis: Overtaking in the tunnel is illegal, and overtaking in the tunnel will be deducted 3 points and fined 100 yuan. You cannot overtake when passing through railway crossings, crossroads, narrow bridges, curves, steep slopes, tunnels, pedestrian waterways, and sections with large traffic in urban areas.
