Among them, the K217 8 train running between Baotou and Handan Sedan, which is undertaken by the Beijing Railway Bureau, is changed to run through the Baotou West Line, Taizhongyin Line and Shitai Passenger Line between Baotou and Shijiazhuang; The 1674 3rd train running between Baotou and Xi'an was changed to Hohhot via Baotou and between Xi'an, and the route was adjusted to pass through the Beijing-Baotou Line and Baoxi Line.

Secondly, this time the map is adjusted, Baotou Station will add two pairs of cross-bureau through passenger trains, namely: the new 2681 2 trains running between Taiyuan and Baotou, running through the Taizhong Silver Line and Baoxi Line, using non-air-conditioned car bottoms, which are undertaken by the Taiyuan Bureau; A pair of 1091 2 trains running between Baotou and Xi'an was added, which ran through the Baotou West Line and was undertaken by the Xi'an Bureau.

Third, the K177 8 train running between Beijing West and Yinchuan will be rerouted to run via the Taizhong Yin Line and will no longer pass through Baotou Station; The 1115 6 times running between Beijing West and Baotou were changed to run between Beijing West and Dongsheng, passing through the Beijing-Kowloon Line, Shide Line, Shitai Passenger Dedicated, Taizhongyin Line and Baoxi Line, and no longer passing through Baotou Station.
