The control panel of the diesel generator set has an ordinary unit control panel and an automatic control panel. The ordinary control panel is suitable for the control of ordinary diesel generator sets, and the start-stop, power supply and shutdown, and status adjustment of the unit are all operated manually; The automatic control panel is suitable for the control of automatic diesel generator sets, and the start-stop, power supply and shutdown, and status adjustment of the unit can be completed manually or automatically. The following is how to start the control screen of the diesel generator set.
1. "Unit controller": This module is the control center for unit start and self-starting, and has the function of detecting unit parameters and protection, please refer to the controller instruction manual for detailed instructions.
2. "Mains indicator" light: When the normal unit of mains power is in standby mode, the light is on.
3. "High-speed and low-speed" transfer switch: when the unit chooses to start manually, after the electric key is successfully started, the twist switch can be used to control the idle speed or high-speed operation of the unit.
That is, the switch is in the "low-speed" position, and the unit is in idle operation, and when switched to the "high-speed" position, the unit is in high-speed operation.
After observing that the power generation is normal, use the ATS conversion handle to manually switch the dual power switch to the power generation side to send the power generation out.
4. "Power start" key switch: The key switch is divided into two gears, the first gear is the 24V power supply on state, and the second gear is the unit start state when the second gear is torsional.
5. "Manual automatic" transfer switch: The twist switch is a manual start or automatic start selection switch for the unit.
1) When selecting manual, first put the high-speed low-speed twist switch in the low-speed position, start the generator set with the key, and after idle operation for a period of time, convert the high-speed low-speed twist switch to the high-speed position.
After observing the normal operation of the generator set, put the key on the ATS in the manual state, and use the ATS handle to switch the dual electric power switch to the power generation side, so as to send the power generation out.
Note: Be sure to manually switch after the unit generates electricity normally, and it is forbidden to forcibly switch the switch in the state of no electricity.
2) When the transfer switch is selected in automatic, put the controller in the AUTO position, once the mains stops, the unit will automatically start and automatically send power: you can also manually press the green button on the controller by hand, the unit will start, and the power will be automatically transmitted.
6. "Emergency stop" button: If there is a special situation, when the unit is running, the emergency stop operation can be completed by pressing the button.
