Why can t I see the notification and status bar in the settings of my Huawei phone?

There are three reasons why the notification bar doesn't display a software message:

1) The setting message notification switch in the software is turned off.

2) The software does not have notification permissions.

3) The software does not have the permission to start and run automatically in the background.
