If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
You can put your iOS device into recovery mode and restore it using iTunes.
You may need to use recovery mode to restore your device when:
iTunes doesn't recognize your device, or shows that it's in recovery mode.
You see the Connect to iTunes screen.

Put your device into recovery mode and set it up again.
1.Make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes web links.

4.When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data.
Please wait for iTunes **Your device's software. If it takes more than 15 minutes and your device is out of recovery mode, wait for it to end and then repeat the steps above.
5.When Update or Recovery is complete, set up your device.
