He doesn't like to take side classes, he doesn't like to do exercises, he doesn't like to wear a red scarf, he doesn't like to be on duty, he doesn't like to eat school meals ......He likes to bully girls, likes to take away his classmates' things to play with without saying a word, and likes to hide in the office to do homework ......At school, he was like a little bully. At home, he lives with his mother, is disobedient, loves to talk back, does not do homework, loves to play games, he is the eldest in the family, paranoid and willful.

I remember that on the day of the opening of the school, his grandmother and mother talked about his previous "brilliant deeds" together, which was regarded as a vaccination with me in advance. I listened silently and observed silently, and he gave me the impression that he was impolite, behaved casually, and did not look like a student at all in front of the teacher. Actually, when I took over this class, I knew about him from other teachers, and he was like a time bomb that would detonate at any time and cause trouble.

So, for me, he was tricky, after all, I was inexperienced, and I was afraid that I would not be his "opponent". However, his grandmother said that he was most afraid of Mr. Wu, who taught him in the second grade. I was surprised, it turned out that he also had people who were afraid, and how I wished I could be the second teacher Wu to make him afraid.

When the class is officially held, his true nature is revealed. Desertion in class, trouble outside class, almost every day students come to me to complain. Whenever I ask him why he wants to cause trouble, he always has a lot of crooked reasoning, and when I say a sentence, he always has a hearty word, and he feels that he is very reasonable.

Although I was angry, I tried to persuade him by reasoning. So, I broke through his questions one by one, and followed his questions rhetorically, and he was speechless by my questions, so he was silent. Then, I understood it with reason, moved with emotion, and slowly analyzed the problem with him, so that he could recognize the facts.

In this way, when it is because of his problems that cause unhappiness with my classmates every time, I can always find a breakthrough in this way, and I have tried and tested. Because in my opinion, when he first came into contact with me, I had to suppress him, that is, to be more fierce than him, and solve his little "trouble" in order to better manage the class. Gradually, there were fewer classmates who came to sue him, and in my class, he made fewer small movements, took more notes, and even took the initiative to raise his hand to ask questions.

Now he is much more docile in front of me, no longer like a little tiger, but he still does whatever he wants, still can't learn to get along with his classmates, and some of his "stubborn diseases" still can't be good "**". As time goes by, he will grow up slowly, and I believe that he will gradually understand the painstaking efforts of parents and teachers, and I hope that I can deal with his problems calmly, so as to guide him to become sensible and obedient.
