Installing an operating system on a virtual machine is basically the same as installing it on a real machine. Just when installing the virtual machine, you need to send the ISO image file of the operating system to the local hard disk, and then point the boot address directly to the system image file when setting the virtual machine boot file, and then start the virtual machine and install the operating system according to the normal steps.

5. The name of the system selected for installation is win7, and the 32-bit win7 system is installed here. Then the next step.

6. Give a name to the installed virtual machine, and then select the location where the system is installed, here for management, a win7 folder has been established in the e disk, which is specially used to manage the virtual files of win7.

7. Set the virtual hard disk size for the win7 system, because the win7 system itself is relatively large, so we can use 60g by default of the system, of course, if your hard disk space is insufficient, you can also be more than 30g.

8. Click Finish to complete the pre-installation preparation tool.

9. Turn on the power of the virtual machine, turn on the virtual machine, the operation at this time is basically the same as the computer button, you can press Ctrl+Alt+Enter to maximize the virtual machine, and then operate.

10. Because the installation image has been added earlier, at this time the system enters the disc menu, first choose to partition the hard disk, because the hard disk is 60g, if it is not partitioned, there is only one C disk after the default installation, but this may not be what you want, here the hard disk is partitioned, this partition is carried out in the virtual machine, so it will not have an impact on the local system.

11. Here the virtual hard disk is divided into two areas, the main partition is 30G, and the extended partition is 30G.

12、After the partition ends, the win7 virtual system will be restarted,Press the ESC key at the beginning of the startup,Display the startup menu,Here choose to boot from the CD。

13. After booting from the disc, it will go directly to the disc installation menu, at this time, you can manually choose to use ghost to install, or you can install it automatically, here you can choose to install automatically to the first partition. This depends on the disc menu.

14. At this time, you can see that win7 has begun to clone the image installation, and the rest is to wait.

15. About 7 minutes (depending on the performance of the computer) the system is cloned, and then automatically rebooted (if it is a manual installation, it needs to be manually restarted), and then the system will make relevant settings for Windows and automatically install the relevant drivers.

16. After about 10 minutes of equipment installation, driver installation and related testing, win7 was successfully installed. Because the installation is automated, no human intervention is required during this period.
