The temperature of a steam boiler is generally affected by the following four reasons.

1. The temperature of the flue gas does not reach the standard, so the temperature of the superheated steam is low.

2. There may be scaling in the tube of the superheater or a high water level for a long time, so that the vapor and liquid cannot be well controlled.

3. The temperature in the boiler is low, so the temperature of saturated steam will also be low.

4. The insulation material may be damaged, resulting in a large amount of heat loss.

In view of the analysis of the causes caused by the above problems, the following is to tell you some matters to pay attention to and solutions to the problems of steam boilers.

1. First of all, we need to make an inventory of the boiler, find out the key to the problem, and see if the boiler parts are damaged. When unloading a large boiler, we can tie it up with a wire rope and then use another wire rope to lift the boiler. To keep the boiler upright, the crane lifts the top of the boiler.

There should not be too much gap in contact with the boiler, and there should be no air leakage, if there is a leak, he should be wiped up with cement.

2. The second is to rectify the combustion facilities and insulation facilities of the boiler to ensure that the external causes affecting the steam boiler are reduced.

1. Coke pushing trucks, coke blocking cars, coke quenching cars, and coal loading cars must send out audio signals before driving; It is strictly forbidden to get on and off the bus when driving; In addition to walking, each unit should be able to operate automatically according to the program; In the driver's cab, an insulating board should be laid.

2. There should be calls, signal connections and interlocking between the coke pushing car, the coke blocking car and the coke quenching car.

3. Coke pushing trucks, coal loading cars and coke quenching cars should be equipped with an interlock for the compressed air pressure to automatically stop when the compressed air pressure exceeds the limit. In the driver's room, there should be a wind pressure gauge and wind pressure limit sound and light signals.

4. Parking interlocks should be provided when the coke pushing truck pushes coke, flattens coal, takes the door, and tampers, when the coke truck takes the door and when the coal loading truck drops the sleeve.

5. The coke pushing car and coke blocking car should be equipped with mechanized cleaning equipment for the furnace door, furnace frame and cleaning the head and tail coke.

6. The coke pushing cart should be equipped with a rest room for workers on the side of the machine.

7. A tongue plate that can cover the gap between the coke pushing car and the operating table on the side of the machine should be set along the full length of the coke pushing car, and there should be no obvious steps between the tongue plate and the operating table.

8. The push rod should be equipped with a travel limit signal, a limit switch and a live tooth or mechanical gear at the tail end. The angle of the push rod with a warped tail should be greater than 90° and less than 96°.

9. The flat coal rod and the coke pushing rod should be equipped with manual devices, and there should be an interlock that automatically cuts off the power when it is manual.

10. When the coke pushing is interrupted in the middle of the coke pushing for some reason, the driver of the coke quenching car and the coke blocking truck shall not drive the car away from the coke connection position without the permission of the coke pushing team leader.

11. When the movable wall of the coal box and the front door are not closed, it is forbidden to tamping the tamping machine.

12. Safety barriers and guide rails should be set up on the coke stop car and the coke side furnace column of the coke oven respectively.

13. The guide gate should be able to be freely separated from the body of the coke blocking car, and be located on the side of the coke blocking car against the coke extinguishing tower.

14. The driver's cab of the coke quenching car should be equipped with a signal device to indicate that the door is closed tightly.

15. There should be anti-freezing measures for the track of the coke quenching car in cold areas.

16. The distance between the coal loading car and the top machine and the buildings on both sides of the coke shall not be less than 800mm.

17. The exchange transmission device must be operated in the order of first turning off the gas, then exchanging air and exhaust gas, and finally turning on the gas. The switch should be equipped with a manual device.
