A or B have not remarried or remarried within three years after divorce.
Regardless of how the property is distributed at the time of divorce (the property is all owned by A, or the property is all owned by B, or the property is divided into A and B), and regardless of whether the property is transferred out after the divorce, A or B are not allowed to buy a house in Beijing within three years from the time of divorce.
