Why did Soochow not have the post of prime minister during the Three Kingdoms

During the Three Kingdoms period, Cao Cao was the only one on the Cao Wei side who served as prime minister (and also the prime minister of the Han Dynasty). Since Cao Pi usurped the Han Dynasty and formally established the Wei State, there was no more post of prime minister. As for Shu Han, Zhuge Liang was the only one who really served as prime minister (after Zhuge Liang's death, Liu Chan abolished the position of prime minister).

Lu Xun (183 245), whose real name is Lu Yi, is a native of Wu County, Wu County (now Suzhou, Jiangsu). During the Three Kingdoms period, he was a famous politician and military strategist, and successively served as the governor of Wu, the general and the prime minister. The son-in-law of Emperor Wu Sun Quan's brother Huan Wang Sun Ce, who has been a Jiangdong clan for generations.

In 222 A.D., he led his army to fight against Liu Bei's army who invaded Eastern Wu, and defeated Liu Bei's Shu army with fire, which was a famous successful example of active defense in the history of ancient Chinese warfare. Later, because of being involved in the dispute over the establishment of the heir, he tried to protect the prince's son and grandson and was punished by Sun Quan, died of grief and was buried in Suzhou, and there is a place name Lu tomb in Suzhou so far.
