1) Printed propaganda materials, office supplies, and souvenirs of the Red Cross;
2) Badges, armbands, medals, badges and certificates of the Red Cross;
3) The Red Cross's ambulance apparatus and equipment;
4) Packaging of clothing, food, medicines and other materials used by the Red Cross for disaster preparedness and relief;
v) the means of transport used by the Red Cross for relief;
6) Items for which the Red Cross carries out fund-raising activities.

The meaning and function of the Red Cross symbol:
1.indicative, i.e. indicating that it is a person or object associated with the Red Cross;
2.Protectiveness means that it is a person and thing that is protected by international humanitarian law and should not be attacked.
3.Persons and things bearing this sign have rights and obligations in law. The right is protected by a series of laws, and the obligation is to comply with the restrictions imposed by the sign on their conduct and to refrain from actively participating in any hostile act.
3.This double message of the Red Cross emblem in law determines its sanctity. The emblem of the Red Cross does not convey any message other than its own function, let alone any information that is politically ideological or religious.

Article 1 In order to maintain the solemnity of the Red Cross emblem and correctly use the Red Cross emblem, these measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Red Cross Law.
