Canon digital camera warranty provisions.
1.Unless otherwise specified in this regulation, the free warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that the machine malfunctions in accordance with the user's manual and in-machine operation guide, please contact any Canon authorized repair shop.
When requesting repairs, please present the warranty card and purchase invoice. In the event that a valid warranty card and purchase invoice are not presented, Canon's authorized repair shop reserves the right not to grant the warranty. In addition to insurance, postage, shipping and other miscellaneous expenses, warranty services are provided free of charge.
2.Digital cameras implement the national "three guarantees" (only limited to products purchased in Chinese mainland), but do not provide door-to-door service.
3.Repairs under warranty will also be charged.
Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and keep the product in accordance with the requirements of the instructions for use;
Damage caused by falling, water ingress, improper storage, etc., occurs after purchase;
Damage caused by repair, modification, decomposition, or cleaning at a non-Canon authorized repair shop;
The warranty card does not record or alter the date of purchase, product name, product model, body number, invoice number, user name, etc
Address, **, dealer name or no sales store stamp;
The product model or number recorded on the warranty card is inconsistent with the actual product;
and causing damage;
Failures caused by irresistible natural disasters such as natural disasters, abnormal voltages, and other external causes.
4.Services such as accessories (non-rechargeable batteries), cleaning lenses, viewfinders, consumables, and optional items that accompany the product are not available.
5.Incidental damage caused by the failure of the digital camera (including shooting costs and future earnings, etc.) will not be compensated.
6.Please keep the warranty card properly, and the warranty card will not be reissued if it is lost.
7.This warranty system is only valid in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions.

Canon Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damage to this product or any accident (e.g., fire) caused by the use of non-Canon original accessories (e.g., battery leakage and**).
This warranty is made for free repairs by the consumer and does not limit the rights of the consumer in law.

Three guarantees is the abbreviation of "repair, replacement and return" for the goods sold by retail commercial enterprises. It refers to a credit guarantee method adopted by the seller for the goods purchased by the buyer within a certain period of time after the goods enter the consumer field. This service is provided for failures that do not occur due to improper use or storage by the user, but are due to product quality problems.
Three guarantees of responsibility. In the following cases, consumers have the right to require the distributor to bear the responsibility of three guarantees.
It does not have the performance that the product should have, and it has not been explained in advance;
does not meet the requirements of the product standards expressly adopted;
It does not conform to the quality condition indicated by product description, physical samples, etc.;
The product is unqualified by the technical supervision administrative department and other statutory departments;
The product is still not in normal use after two repairs.
Three packs of time. "7 days" stipulates: within 7 days from the date of sale, if the product has a performance failure, the consumer can choose to return, exchange or repair.
15th" stipulates: within 5 days from the date of sale, if a performance failure occurs, the consumer can choose to replace or repair the product.
"Three Guarantees Validity Period" stipulates: "Three Guarantees" validity period is calculated from the date of issuance of the invoice. In the first batch of L8 commodities released by the state to implement the "three guarantees", such as color TVs, watches, etc., the "three guarantees" validity period, the whole machine is divided into six months to one year, and the main components are one to three years.
If the product is repaired twice within the validity period of the "Three Guarantees" and still cannot be used normally, the consumer can replace the product with the same model and specification or return it according to the relevant provisions with the repair record and certificate, and the validity period of the "Three Guarantees" shall be deducted from the time occupied by the repair and no spare parts to be repaired. The validity period of the "three guarantees" after the exchange will be recalculated from the date of exchange.
90 days" and "30 days" provisions: within the validity period of the "three guarantees", because the manufacturer has not made the best spare parts, more than 90 days from the date of repair, the repairer shall indicate in the repair status, and the seller will exchange the same model and specification of the product for the consumer free of charge. If the repairer repairs for more than 30 days due to its own reasons, it shall exchange the product of the same model and specification for the consumer free of charge, and the cost shall be borne by the repairer.
30 days" and "5 years" provisions: the repairer shall ensure that the repaired product can be used normally for more than 30 days, and the manufacturer shall ensure that the spare parts that meet the technical requirements will continue to be supplied within 5 years after the product is discontinued.
