Here's how to try it.

1. Document formatting.

This method is to convert the corrupted Word document to another format and then convert it back to the Word document format. This is the easiest and most thorough way to recover documents. Therefore, if you encounter a situation where the display is confusing, it is recommended to use this method first. The steps are as follows:

1.Open the corrupted document in Word, select "File Save As", and in the "Save Type" list, select "RTF format (?.").RTF)" and click the "Save" button.

1.Open the corrupted document in Word, select "Tools Options", and then select the "Tab" tab to uncheck the box before "Use Smart Paragraph Selection Range". In this way, when the entire paragraph is selected, Word will not automatically select the paragraph marker.

Then click the "OK" button.

2.Select everything except the last paragraph marker by pressing Ctrl+End, and then Ctrl+Shift+Home.

3.In the common toolbar, click the Copy, click New, and then click the Paste button.
