1. Pay attention to details and leave a relaxed space for students to communicate.

"He brought with him many letters of introduction: he rubbed the dirt off his feet at the door, and when he entered, he closed the door, indicating that he was careful in his work; When he saw the disabled person, he got up and gave up his seat, showing that he was kind-hearted and considerate; When he entered the office, he took off his hat first, and the questions I asked were straightforward and decisive, proving that he was both polite and talented.

From this incident, it is not difficult to see the importance of subsections, and teachers also need to pay attention to some details when doing student work.

I mainly pay attention to the following aspects in my work practice:

1. Find a good time to talk. Small problems can be solved by using recess, but some that require a long communication can be placed after three classes in the afternoon or after school in the afternoon. Generally, it should not be too long after school so that students do not have time to eat.

We must not punishively and deliberately prolong the time because students make mistakes, which will not have a good educational effect and will often only be counterproductive.

2. Pay attention to the choice of location. Once, when I was talking to a student, he begged me not to bring him to the office. I couldn't help but be a little puzzled, so I asked him to explain why.

He said that when he arrived at the office, it might have been a small problem, but he was embarrassed by other teachers, and he often couldn't get off the stage. There are also often one problem that brings out another problem, and I am criticized by the homeroom teacher, and I have to be criticized by the teacher, which is really unbearable. I asked the students in the class about this issue, and most of them felt the same way.

If you think about it, there is almost a consensus among the students that if anyone is called to the office, it will not be good, which has invisibly caused a kind of psychological pressure on the students. As a result, most of the time I talk to students is in a corner of the hallway. In this way, both parties are relaxed and the communication is relatively smooth.

To put it simply, a teacher who does not pursue wild access to the child's heart can get close to the child's heart.

Teachers who can really get into the hearts of children will not deliberately think about what I should do to make children remember, move, and surprise children, nor will they contact and interact with students with a purpose. On the contrary, it is precisely these teachers, without any personal purpose, who have the most authentic interaction and the most professional presentation, that are easy to be accepted and accepted by students.

Being able to walk into the hearts of children is pure. This is not only my personal feeling as a teacher for 10 years, but also my true feeling as a student from my studies to the present.

At the graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Psychology in '12, I took the stage as a representative of the graduates. I mentioned to the whole school that the university teacher who impressed me the most - "Teacher Xiaohu". As I said at the time, she didn't deliberately go into the hearts of any of the students, and even after I spoke, she didn't realize that the teacher I mentioned at that time was the one who touched my heart the most.

Because she just feels that in the position she is accustomed to, she can share her favorite psychology knowledge with her students one after another, and recommend the educational movies she agrees with. As for me, I was casually remarked by her in class, "I don't expect to change every student, as long as even one of my students grows because of what I teach." Deeply touched and continues to influence students today.

The hearts of the children, in fact, are open from the beginning, but the door is open outward. Some people have to rush in, and they are naturally turned away, even if they finally squeeze in, the door is broken, and what is left for the child will only be a long-term pain.

I remember that Sukhomlinsky once said: "The mission of the educator is to harmoniously develop the child in all aspects." And the premise of this harmonious development is respect for the individuality of each student.

This requires educators to respect every child unconditionally and treat every child in the class equally. Only when you truly respect him and understand him, will he open the door of his soul to you, and we, as teachers, can truly enter the inner world of children.

Only by communicating with children can teachers gain children's trust, know children's sincere thoughts, and enter the children's inner world.
