4) Have the professional ability to engage in intensive business;

5) Other conditions provided for by laws, administrative regulations, and state secrecy administrative departments.

b.Confidentiality conditions:

1) There are specialized bodies or personnel responsible for confidentiality work;

2) The confidentiality system is perfect;
