How does Sinopec Shengli Oilfield achieve zero corrosion in pipelines?

Recently, the researchers of the Fracturing Institute of Shengli Oilfield Oil Production Institute successfully implemented the temporary plugging volume fracturing technology in the Dabei 10-Inclined 3 well, which is the first time that Shengli Oilfield has tested this technology, which not only maintains its own fracturing level and continues to be in the advanced ranks in China, but also provides strong technical support for the rolling development of Tanba sand reservoirs.

Well Dabei 10-Dip 3 is a production evaluation well of Dabei 37-52. The block is a multi-thin layer sediment of beach and dam sand, with a buried depth of more than 3,000 meters and a maximum longitudinal span of more than 100 meters, so it is very difficult to transform the multi-thin layer balance. After receiving the design task, the researchers carefully analyzed the characteristics of the reservoir, and decided to implement the temporary plugging volume fracturing technology to carry out the layered fracturing transformation through in-situ stress calculation and permeability analysis, so as to improve the transformation effect of multi-layer and thin-layer reservoirs.

The new fracturing technology can temporarily plug the previous fracture by sending high-strength water-soluble plugging agent to the interval once or more times, forcing one or more new fractures to open in the section, so as to obtain a single well productivity larger than that of conventional fracturing. It is understood that the final cumulative output of this new fracturing technology can increase by 30%-40% compared with conventional staged fracturing, which can greatly improve the economic development efficiency.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan, the researchers comprehensively used measures such as matching the construction scale and diversion capacity, optimizing the displacement amount, and preparing the surface pipeline for docking in advance, and communicated with the estuary oil production plant and the downhole fracturing team for many times, and repeatedly revised and optimized the design to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of the design. During the implementation, the on-site rupture pressure was 58 megapascals, 420 cubic meters of inlet fluid was pressed, and a total of 40 cubic meters of proppant was added to meet the design requirements.

The first temporary plugging volume fracturing was successful.

Of course, signing Shengli Oilfield Drilling is Party A, and it is a very good job. Shengli Oilfield is a leading enterprise in the upstream of Sinopec. The leading enterprises in the midstream include Yangfan Closed Son, Qilu, Yanshan, and Maoming Petrochemical. It's all wrong.

If you go to an oil production plant, a combined drilling or gas station, a petrochemical plant and other Party A units, it is relatively better, the vacation is guaranteed, and the most important thing is that there is no less than the income guarantee of Party B's front-line.

The core of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield is to improve the quality of injection, consolidate the foundation of stable production, and slow down the natural decline! Focusing on this core, Sinopec Shengli Oilfield has continuously strengthened the foundation of stable production of water-driven reservoirs by relying on the three platforms of production capacity construction, integrated management of old oilfields and improvement of "three rates", achieved a balance between reserves and production for 18 consecutive years, and the natural decline rate of thin oil in old areas has been declining for seven consecutive years.

The maximum operating water depth is 3,000 meters, and the maximum drilling depth is 10,000 meters.
