If poor quality diesel is used, on the one hand, due to poor combustion, the power of the diesel engine will be reduced, and the power will be insufficient; On the other hand, if it is used for a long time, it will accelerate the wear and tear of various parts of the fuel system and reduce the service life of the diesel engine. Therefore, try to choose the best and appropriate grade of diesel.

Rotate the oil indicator. For diesel engines with "winter" and "summer" rotation indicators engraved in the lubricating oil circuit (generally installed outside the filter), the arrow of the indicator should be rotated to "summer" to achieve oil circulation. The precipitated oil base should be poured out, and new ones should be added when the oil amount is insufficient.

2.If there is a distinction between winter and summer engine oil in the diesel engine manual, the summer engine oil should be replaced and used. Method:

Make the water temperature of the diesel engine reach 80 degrees, and drain the engine oil while it is hot. After waiting for 30 minutes, tighten the oil drain plug, add the same amount of diesel fuel to the oil pan, run at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, and release the cleaning diesel fuel for washing. In this way, the oil circuit and oil channel can be drained and cleaned unimpeded, creating conditions for the trouble-free operation of the lubricating oil circuit, and then adding summer oil.

Strictly abide by the provisions of the maintenance manual, carry out daily maintenance and four-level maintenance, and make regular maintenance records.

Use the appropriate fuel, lubricating oil and coolant as specified in the service leaflet.

For new or overhauled diesel engines, it must be run for 60 hours before use.
