Drum cold vulcanization lagging operation process:

2.Cleaning. After sanding, there are many dirt, dust, grease, water, rust and other organic or inorganic contaminants on the surface, which affect the wetting of the adhesive.
It is necessary to use the cleaning agent SK353 to remove the surface dirt and deeply clean the entire drum surface to prevent various impurities from affecting the glue bonding effect.
3.Transition. After cleaning, use a brush to evenly and quickly apply a layer of metal treatment agent SK363, which is required to be evenly and completely, without leakage, and let it dry completely for about one hour.
4.Gluing. The two components of the adhesive SK313 are mixed and stirred, and a part of the glue can be taken according to 100:
Mix the ratio of 4 in the container. After the preparation of the glue must be used in a timely manner, not for a long time. The prepared adhesive is evenly applied to the metal surface of the drum and allowed to dry completely to the extent that it no longer adheres to the back of the fingers, and the drying time is about 15-45 minutes.
After the first layer of glue is completely dry, apply the second layer of adhesive, and when the second layer is dry to a slight stickiness (test with the back of your hand), you can carry out the final bonding of the surface (if the second layer is too dry, you need to apply another layer).
5.Fit. Determine the bonding baseline on the surface of the roller:
After brushing the glue for the second time, find the benchmark for glue plate pasting on the surface of the roller. Cover the semi-vulcanized layer of the rubber sheet with a clean plastic film, and start pasting the rubber sheet on the surface of the drum by tearing the plastic film about 50 mm wide based on the reference line found on the drum.
