5. When you click the second icon (notebook), the notebook is displayed but the projector is not.

6. Click OK and the projector can be displayed.

Usually there are two ways to connect the desktop computer to the projector, one is to connect the projector to the computer graphics card (host) interface, and then connect the VGA cable of the computer monitor to the output interface of the projector (this condition must have the projector VGA OUT interface). The other is to buy a 1-point 2 VGA crossover, the crossover is connected to the computer graphics card, and the 2 outputs are connected to the display and the projector, which is relatively easy to use.

Set the refresh rate of your desktop computer to match that of the projector, then click "monitor" on the projector, and unsurprisingly, a picture will be displayed on the projector. The VGA cable of the desktop computer can only be connected to the host and the projector, at this time the projector is the display, the desktop is different from the notebook, the notebook has a VGA port to connect to the projector, and you can project it by switching it. If you want both projectors and desktop computer monitors to display, plug in a splitter on the VGA port on the case, and there are multiple VGA ports on the splitter, one to connect to the monitor and one to the projector.
