Application materials: 1. Submit ID card, household registration book or other household registration certificates for inspection;

2. Submit a completed application form;

3. Submit the opinions of the work unit or the police station where the household registration is located on the applicant's going abroad;

4. Submit the settlement permit certificate of the competent authority of the country to be visited or the embassy (consulate) in China or the certificate of consent of relatives and friends in the proposed place of residence to settle down. The latter must submit proof that the relative or friend is residing in the country to which he or she intends to go.

5. Submit 4 recent 2-inch half-body frontal bareheaded color photos. Note: For those who apply to settle abroad, the public security organ will issue "b" when issuing their passports"Departure registration card with the prefix.

The holder of the license must renew the visa to our office after completing the visa for settlement in the country of travel and canceling the household registration in the city"The exit registration card with the prefix can be used to leave the country.

6. It shall be accepted by the Acceptance Section of Going Abroad (Territory) for Private Purposes or the Exit and Entry Administration Office of some district and county bureaus. After passing the preliminary examination, the application materials will be transferred to the relevant departments of the Exit and Entry Administration Department for approval, certificate preparation and issuance.

Procedures to be submitted for settling abroad:

1) Submit a completed application form, 4 recent frontal bareheaded** (small 2-inch 32mm 40mm), signed by the unit and stamped with the official seal in the corresponding column of the application form in advance.

2) Submit the original household registration booklet, ID card and work permit or work permit or employment permit or student ID card for inspection and submit a copy (if the last four types of documents are lost or not issued, please issue a certificate in advance to explain).

3) Proof of consent of relatives and friends to settle in the country or residence permit certificate of the competent authority, embassy or consulate of the country of travel (submit the original for inspection and submit a copy).

4) Relevant materials that the public security organs deem necessary to submit.

Precautions:

1) Please check the following carefully when you receive your passport:

Whether there is a laminated film on the person's **;

whether the red coat of arms is missing;

Name, Chinese Pinyin, gender, date of birth, place of birth, identity, marital status, ID number, ** is correct;

Whether the passport is accompanied by a duplicate exit registration card (the first copy is blue, the second copy is red);

Whether the red national emblem is missing from the first and second exit registration cards; Whether the contents on the exit registration card are consistent with the contents on the passport.

2) After receiving the passport, the holder must obtain an entry visa to the country to which he or she is going before leaving the country.

4) After obtaining a foreign visa, those who go abroad to settle abroad need to go to the Exit and Entry Administration Department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau to obtain a certificate of cancellation of household registration.

5) If the visa obtained is inconsistent with the country filled in the exit registration card, or if the "short-term exit" exit registration card is used to obtain a residence visa, the exit registration card must be replaced.

In foreign countries, passport extensions shall be handled by Chinese diplomatic missions, consular offices or other foreign authorities authorized by the People's Republic of China, and passport extensions for Chinese citizens who are in China or residing abroad shall be handled by the public security departments (bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the exit-entry administration departments of the public security organs authorized by them; The extension of the passport of a citizen residing in China before leaving the country shall be handled by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where the original certificate was issued or where the household registration is located.
