a. Technical preparation: familiar with the technical requirements of the construction drawings and design of the grounding network, and familiar with the construction specifications of the grounding network.
b. Material preparation: "According to the design specifications and models, combined with the amount of engineering, galvanized flat steel, angle steel (or copper strand, copper bar, copper rod, copper-clad steel, etc.) and other materials for grounding grids are prepared; Necessary inspections are carried out on the specifications, quality, appearance, etc. of the materials arriving at the site.
c. Personnel organization: technical personnel, safety and quality leaders, welders and installers.
d. Preparation of machinery and tools: electric welding machine, cutting machine, gas welding, mechanical equipment or tools for grounding trench excavation, etc.
2) Excavation of grounding trenches.
a. According to the design drawings of the main grounding grid, the laying position and grid size of the grounding grid are laid out.
b. Excavation of the grounding trench shall be carried out in accordance with the grounding depth required by the design or specification, and the depth shall prevail in accordance with the highest standard required by the design or specification, and a certain margin shall be left.
c. The grounding ditch should be excavated according to the site or partition in order to record the completion and ensure the civilized construction of the site.
3) Vertical processing.
a. Carry out the processing of the vertical ground body according to the length required by the design or specification.
b. When the galvanized angle steel is used as a vertical ground, its cutting surface needs to be treated with anti-corrosion before design.
c. In order to facilitate the vertical ground body, the lower end of the vertical ground body should be processed into a conical shape.
d. In order to avoid the damage of the upper percussion part when the vertical ground body is installed, it is advisable to reinforce the upper percussion part accordingly.
4) Installation of vertical ground.
a. Install the vertical ground body according to the position of the design drawing.
B, in order to facilitate the welding of the vertical ground body and the horizontal grounding body tower junction, it is advisable to weld a section of horizontal grounding body on the vertical body before the vertical ground body is not buried in the grounding ditch, and the horizontal grounding body must be prefabricated into an arc or right angle to carry out tower connection with the vertical grounding body.
c. Copper rod and copper-clad steel vertical ground body and horizontal grounding body are welded reliably.
d. The burial depth of the upper end of the vertical body must meet the requirements of the design or specification, and the anti-corrosion treatment shall be carried out at the upper percussion part after the end is completed.
e. The spacing of the vertical ground should be greater than 2 times its length and should not be less than 5m.
5) Main grounding grid laying and welding.
a. The buried depth of the grounding body should be in accordance with the design regulations, and when the design is not specified, it should not be less than meters.
B. The connection mode of the grounding grid should meet the design requirements, and welding should be generally adopted, and the welding must be firm and without false welding.
c. The tower connection of the steel grounding body should be welded.
d. The welding of bare copper rubber wire and copper bar grounding body adopts hot melt welding method.
