It is conceivable that in the actual work in the future, we must be down-to-earth, guard against arrogance and rashness, and always maintain a modest and cautious attitude.

Also, after getting acquainted with the process, I found that some of the processes were too cumbersome. This leads to a contradiction between the short-term nature of customer demand services and the relatively long-term operation period.

Second, I have a deeper understanding of the staff in the business hall. We know that China Mobile's corporate culture is "Integrity and Excellence", which requires our employees to be not only experts in business, but also high-quality employees with love, enthusiasm and perseverance. In my actual work, I have witnessed all this, and I have deeply realized that strengthening my own moral cultivation is the basic requirement for every employee of China Mobile.

Third, I have a deeper understanding of the customers who need to be served. Through continuous contact and communication with visiting customers, I found that there are three main types of visiting customers: 1. Customers really do not understand the relevant business, and after consulting and understanding, they are satisfied and leave.

2 The customer did not understand the relevant business at all, and after repeated explanations, he still did not understand it, so he was reluctant to leave. 3. The customer is half-aware of the relevant business, and because the consumption cost is too much, so the heart is slightly unbalanced, and even if he understands it, he is reluctant to leave. For these types of customers, in order to improve the efficiency of handling business and customer satisfaction, I feel that some measures can be taken appropriately, such as the latter two types of customers can directly let the duty manager consult and receive after completing the relevant business.

In general, the effect of this internship is very significant, he is a bridge for me to really enter China Mobile, it is easier for me to understand the company culture, integrate into the company's collective, and I believe that I will be more handy in my future work.
