Chen Bi, female, born in March 1933, is a native of Huangpi and a professor at the Fourth Military Medical University. He has been engaged in the clinical work of burns and plastic surgery for a long time, guided and participated in the rescue of thousands of critically ill burn patients, and has been to 10 cities and regions across the country to consult and rescue hundreds of burn patients, and has participated in and guided more than 30 research projects, published more than 320 articles, and participated in the compilation of 28 monographs. He has trained 34 graduate students, including 19 master's students and 15 doctoral students.

He has been invited to Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark and Germany for academic exchanges. He has been rated as a model of medical ethics and medical style and an excellent doctoral supervisor of the General Logistics Department. He was awarded 1 second-class merit and 2 third-class merits.
