At present, there is no unified standard weight data in China. There are two most commonly used calculation methods:
One is: Adult Adolescent: (Height (cm) - 100 0 9= Standard weight (kg).
The other is: male: height (cm) 105= standard weight (kg), female: height (cm) 100= standard weight (kg).
The above two calculation methods have been widely used.
In addition, the Academy of Military Sciences has also introduced a method for calculating the ideal weight of Chinese:
Ideal weight for northerners (kg) (height cm 150) x 0 6 50
The ideal weight of southerners (kg) (height cm 150) x 0 6 48, this calculation method seems to be more suitable for Chinese in the north and south.
Children Standard weight is calculated in the following ways: 1 6 months: birth weight (kg) 10 years old Standard weight (kg); 7 12 months:
Birth weight (kg) 10 years of age x 0 5= standard weight (kg); Over 1 year: 8 ten years of age x 2 = standard weight (kg).
Within the range of standard body weight + -10. Exceeding this range is referred to as an abnormal weight.
Those who have a measured weight that exceeds the standard body weight, but exceed the part by 20 are called overweight;
Obesity can be diagnosed if the measured weight exceeds the standard weight by more than 20 and the fat percentage (f) exceeds 30.
Those who weigh more than 30 to 50 of the standard body weight, and those who exceed 35 to 45 are called moderate obesity;
Those who exceed the standard body weight by 50 or more, and F who exceed 45 or more, are called severe obesity.
