The engine sometimes stalls at idle.
-
I broke down and asked for support!! See if there is no oil, or if the circuit is faulty, open the key to restart.

Hello, suddenly turn off the turn signal in time to pull over and then check the maintenance for help The reason for the sudden shutdown: the engine sometimes turns off when idling, and it is normal after restarting, which is called "interstitial idle stalling", because the engine occasionally turns off and then restarts and can return to normal, so even if the engine is idle and stalled due to the sensor, the engine electronic control unit will think that this phenomenon is not a fault, and will not be recorded by the engine electronic control unit, As a result, information about the fault cannot be obtained from the fault diagnosis system of the engine electronic control unit. The reasons for "intermittent idle stalling" are generally as follows:
The engine idle motor is stuck; The wire sheath of the idle motor is somewhat worn out; The idle air hole is too dirty; There is a problem with the engine throttle position sensor; There is a problem with the camshaft position sensor or the crankshaft position sensor; The engine speed sensor is faulty or too dirty; There is a problem with the idle control program in the engine's electronic control unit, etc., I once repaired a liter Chevrolet bullet, and when the vehicle came to the repair shop, the driver reported that the engine was not idling, and after the test drive, it was confirmed that it was "not idling". After inspection, it was found that the engine idle motor was stuck by carbon deposits, and it could not be repaired, so the idle motor could only be replaced. During the conversation, it was learned that the car began to idle and stall a month ago, but every time it was turned off, it was normal to restart, so it did not come for maintenance, and this time it was completely idle.
After cleaning the throttle body and replacing the idle motor, everything returned to normal, so I guess this is caused by the idle motor, and I also told the driver that there will be no more idle stalling after a while. But two days later, the driver drove over and said: sometimes there will be idle stalling, and the engine fault light is not lit like the original problem, so only Tech1 (General Motors special tester) can be used to detect the dynamic data of the engine.
About half an hour later, it was found that there was a sudden drop in the value of the speed sensor, and the engine also stalled, restarted the engine, and the idle speed returned to normal. Immediately check the engine speed sensor, found that the sensor is very dirty, there is a thick layer of oil on the surface, remove the sensor and clean, and then install it and then start the engine, try for about an hour and a half without stalling again, so it is concluded that the car's "intermittent idle stall" is caused by the engine speed sensor is too dirty, and the idle motor stuck caused by the "no idling" is just a coincidence.

There are many reasons for sudden stalling, such as uncoordinated gear shift operation, inadequate throttle feeding, etc.
-
The reasons for the sudden stalling of the car are:
1. Driving skills are not skilled;
2. The oil used is unqualified;
3. The oil circuit is not smooth;
4. The engine idle speed is too low;
5. Lubrication or circuit problems;
6. Low pressure; 7. Device failure;
8. Oil circuit failure.
Flameout troubleshooting method:
1. For novices, turning off halfway is not a new topic, and the main elimination method is to improve their driving skills after rapid running-in.
2. Use high-standard, high-quality and qualified fuel.
3. Clean the oil circuit thoroughly, including fuel injectors, throttles, fuel tanks, etc. It may be that the quality of the oil you add is not up to par, there is too much grease, the oil path is blocked, and the oil supply is not smooth.
4. The main reason for the failure of the car to stall in the idle state is due to too much dust in the air, and there is a lot of dirt deposited at the valve core of the idle motor and the throttle seat when the engine is running. The solution to this problem is simple: just clean the idle motor.
5. Long-term parking of the car is not used. In fact, it is important not to park it for a long time. In case of a long parking time, you should do a thorough maintenance before re-use, change the oil, filter, etc., and check the fuel, electrical circuit, etc. as appropriate.
It is possible that your vehicle is due to lubrication or electrical problems due to prolonged parking.
6. If the ignition is out due to low-voltage power failure, you can mainly check the ignition and starter switches and fuse boxes at this time.
7. The sudden shutdown of the car while driving may be a device failure, and the problem is generally the ignition coil, capacitance electric, and electronic ignition module. It starts at the beginning, turns off after a while, and then starts again and turns off again.
8. The sudden shutdown of the car while driving may be a fault of the oil circuit, the gasoline pump is damaged, the oil pipe is broken, the oil inlet of the carburetor is blocked, and the fuel tank is out of oil. But in this case the car can be restarted, but it is difficult. Ignition system, engine overheating and detonation system will turn off if there is a problem. Hope!
This has added to the worries of many riders.

1. Use low-quality fuel. Once the automatic car stalls, the main reason is the use of inferior (not up to standard) fuel, which in turn causes the engine to depot and stall. >>>More
Most of today's car engines are electronically controlled fuel injection gasoline engines, and there are many reasons for idle shutdown, so first of all, we must analyze the symptoms of idle shutdown. If the engine will stall as soon as it enters idle operation, we call it "no idling", and the causes of this failure generally are: damage to the engine idle motor or the idle motor's wiring; Leakage of the vacuum tube of the brake vacuum booster; Broken membrane of the brake vacuum booster; air leakage in the intake manifold; There is a problem with the idle control module in the engine electronic control unit (ECU). >>>More
