During the 2011 Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs Purple Mountain Summit, hundreds of political leaders and entrepreneurs from both sides of the Taiwan Strait gathered in Nanjing to seek a new layout of the economy in the "post-ECFA era".
It coincides with the one-year anniversary of the signing of the Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA), and the positive benefits of both sides continue to expand. Last year, during the Purple Mountain Summit of Entrepreneurs on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, "ECFA agreement signing" was still a hot word in the discussion, and words such as "green economy", "low-carbon economy" and "circular economy" were frequently mentioned. After 1 year, the summit on the 14th discussed a deeper topic:
How to carry out a new layout of economic cooperation after the signing of the ECFA.
At the summit held on the same day, Wang Yi, director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Communist Party of China and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Communist Party of China, said that at present, the mainland's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" has clearly included the content of cross-strait industrial cooperation, and the cross-strait economic cooperation framework agreement has also pointed out the direction and established a mechanism for cross-strait industrial cooperation.
Wang Yi said that the business circles on both sides of the strait should join hands to create more national brands of Chinese on both sides of the strait, jointly introduce more industrial standards formulated by Chinese on both sides of the strait, and jointly cultivate more cross-strait enterprises with international core competitiveness, so as to continuously enhance the status of the Chinese national economy in the world.
Lien Chan, honorary chairman of the Chinese Kuomintang, said at the meeting that after the signing of the ECFA, the impact on both sides of the strait will be positive, mutually beneficial, and win-win. The first phase of the early harvest list tax reduction began in January this year, and by June, it performed well, and from Taiwan's statistics, both sides have increased their import and export volumes, and there are real benefits.
Lien Chan said that under the current circumstances, Taiwan businessmen can take advantage of the mainland's "12th Five-Year Plan" to expand domestic demand, switch from export sales to domestic sales, establish channel brands, research and development innovation, and accelerate investment and development. At the same time, the negotiation in the field of service can be further completed, and the service industry, financial leasing, cultural entrepreneurship, film and drama display, etc., are all opportunities.
Guo Taiming, chairman of Taiwan's Hon Hai Group, described the cooperation model between cross-strait enterprises before and after the signing of the ECFA: "Enterprises on both sides of the strait have gone from wholly-owned export sales in the past to wholly-owned domestic sales, and now they are joint ventures for export sales, and in the future they will be joint ventures for domestic sales, and finally they will move towards R&D and cooperative domestic sales." There are great opportunities in the mainland market, and the 12th Five-Year Plan provides a direction worthy of our efforts.

To put it simply, it is an exchange meeting composed of some large enterprises, with the main purpose of strengthening international economic and trade relations, giving some suggestions on the implementation of the new policy, and so on.

The ECFA has just been signed, and although it has yet to be put into effect after it comes into force, the industrial circles on both sides of the strait cannot wait to start planning how to accelerate the pace of two-way cooperation in the "ECFA era." In the face of the new situation, new topics and new opportunities, the Sixth Cross-Strait Economic, Trade and Cultural Forum, jointly organized by the relevant departments of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, focused on the theme of "Strengthening Cooperation in Emerging Industries and Enhancing Cross-Strait Competitiveness", which met the objective needs of promoting cross-strait economic cooperation to a higher level, and set up a "round table for consultation" for the industrial circles on both sides of the strait to pool wisdom and draw a blueprint together.
One of the consensus of economists and industry leaders on both sides of the strait attending the meeting is that the ECFA has created an unprecedented opportunity for the two sides of the strait to jointly achieve industrial upgrading and jointly open up the industrial blue ocean. It is worth noting that everyone has set their sights on the prospects for cross-strait cooperation in emerging industries such as automobiles, IT new energy, energy conservation, and environmental protection. In particular, the cooperation between Dongfeng Motor and Taiwan's Yulon Group is particularly eye-catching.

Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA; The traditional version of the Taiwan side is called the Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement), which was originally known as the Cross-Strait Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement or the Cross-Strait Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA, that is, Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement). On January 26, 2010, the first expert work meeting of the ECFA was held in Beijing. On June 29, 2010, the leaders of the two associations signed a cooperation agreement.
On August 17, 2010, Taiwan's legislature passed the Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement.

On September 29, 2010, Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Taiwan Yulon Group signed a joint venture contract for the Dongfeng Yulon Project. The aura of "the first large-scale economic project of cross-strait cooperation after the signing of the ECFA" inevitably makes the low-key Dongfeng and Yulon in front of the public at the same time.
Although it cannot cover a huge consumer group in a short period of time, to a certain extent, Dongfeng Yulon may bring a fresh wind to the independent business of Chinese automobiles for many years. Chinese on both sides of the strait join hands to build their own brands, and once successful, they will become a model for cross-strait economic and trade exchanges.

The limitation lies in the serious lack of political mutual trust and ideological differences.
ECFA is precisely a very good way to resolve the crisis of confidence between the two sides of the strait.
At present, we can only hope to strengthen exchanges with the two sides in various fields and strengthen mutual trust.

The situation and the policy are right.

The certificate of origin is issued later based on the date of departure of the bill of lading and the visa date of the ECFA, and the visa date is later than the date of departure.

The method of surgically transplanting cells, tissues, or organs of an individual to another part of one's body, or to a certain part of another body, is called transplantation. If the donor and recipient are the same individual, it is called autologous transplantation, such as amputated limb replantation; If the donor and recipient belong to the same species, but not the same individual, it is called allogeneic transplantation, such as organ transplantation between people, and rejection will occur after transplantation; Transplantation between different species, called xenotransplantation, will be very violent after transplantation, such as transplanting a dog's kidney to a person; Transplantation between identical twins, although the donor and recipient are not the same individual, but the twins have exactly the same genetic structure and do not produce rejection after transplantation, is called homogeneous transfer.
