Looking at the requirements of the local archives, we don't need binding on our side. Load the file box in order and you're good to go.

(1) The text materials must be bound into a book, and the drawing materials can be bound into a book, or they can be stored in bulk in a roll box.

2) When binding, the metal objects should be removed, and the side of the grouting line should be padded with lawn board paper according to the thickness of the file.

3) The case file is bound with cotton thread in three holes on the left side, and the cotton thread binding knot is tied on the back. The gretting line is 20mm away from the left side, and the upper and lower holes are 80mm away from the middle hole.

4) When binding, the front cover, table of contents, remarks sheet, and back cover must be bound together with the case file. When the drawings are packed in bulk in the roll box, the three pieces of the file cover, table of contents, and remarks should be bound together with cotton thread in the upper left corner.

Fold the rope in half first.

Fold in half, pass through the hole in the middle, and the other two ends pass through the other 2 holes respectively, turn over, and pass through the two ends of the fold and tie the slipknot.

The binding should be done using the three-hole left side binding method of the rope, which should be neat and reliable. Metal objects must be removed.
