5. Wire feeding tube:

2. It is necessary to regularly check the resistance of wire feeding, clean and dust in time, and use the beating method, kneading method and wire drawing method.
6. Welding torch:
1. Install the wire feeder in the correct position and tighten it firmly with a 6mm hexagon wrench.

3. The bending radius should not be less than R300mm during welding, otherwise the air supply and wire feeding will be affected.
4. It is strictly forbidden to drag the wire feeder with a welding gun.
7. Welding cable:
1. All connection points in the welding circuit are firm, and no false connection and loose connection are allowed.
2. Ensure that the cross-sectional area of the cable matches the maximum current of the welding machine, and cannot be replaced by steel and iron bars.
3. The cable cannot be coiled when lengthened to prevent inductance.
8. Wire feeder:
1. The groove diameter of the wire feeding wheel, the selection of the wire diameter on the welding power panel, and the pressure of the handle correspond to the diameter of the welding wire.
2. The welding current is in line with the allowable current range of the wire diameter.
3. Avoid impact when moving, so as not to cause deformation and damage to the frame, and do not pull the welding torch to move.
9. Gas supply system:
1. When using CO2, the flowmeter must be heated, and the scale tube is perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
2. The gas flow rate is determined according to the current, generally between 15 and 25l min.
3. The gas cylinder must be fixed upright, and the gas cylinder must not fall, otherwise the flowmeter will be damaged.
4. There should be no gas leakage in any part of the gas supply pipeline to save gas.
