Windows operating system though also has folders such as Desktop, Documents, **, **, etc. But the thoughtful thing about windows is that you see Chinese, and the directory is actually English. This allows you to enter without Chinese.

This is known as a virtual directory.

It turns out that this is to make it easier for the masses to do xgd-users-dirs, which automatically creates some frequently used directories in different languages.

xdg-user-dirs-update is a tool that runs during the login phase, reads configuration files and user directory information, and creates a common directory in the user's local language. Set to $(xdg config home) (xdg config home defaults to .).config) so that the application can read and use these directories.

A configuration interface will pop up to switch all Chinese user directories to English. Select No more prompts, OK.
