(1) Implement the guidelines, policies and regulations of the national brand building system, organize and carry out research on the laws and theories of brand building, and promote the formulation of relevant laws and regulations.
2) Carry out investigation and research on the development status of brand building at home and abroad, organize the formulation of the development plan of China's brand building, dynamically analyze the development trend of Chinese brands, track the quality of brand enterprises and brand-name products, and provide suggestions for decision-making of the first department.
3) Undertake the relevant work of brand evaluation and international standards, actively carry out international cooperation and exchanges, cooperate with ISO, IEC and ITU, undertake the coordination and liaison of the formulation and revision of international standards for brand evaluation, carry out friendly exchanges, academic exchanges and economic and technical cooperation between international brand evaluation agencies, learn from the experience of brand building in developed countries, and publicize and promote China's excellent independent brands in the world.
4) Accept the entrustment of relevant departments to organize and carry out brand evaluation and brand authorization; Carry out brand filing, establish a national brand information platform, and publish brand evaluation results; Participate in the supervision and inspection of the brand by the relevant administrative departments.
5) Provide brand business consulting and value-added services for enterprises, and guide enterprises to enhance brand value and effect.

8) Carry out brand self-discipline management, promote brand protection, assist members in rights protection activities, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members; Illegal acts that damage the corporate brand shall be exposed and criticized through relevant media.
9) Manage the publication and distribution of "China Brand" magazine, and operate in accordance with the relevant provisions of magazine management.
