Nokia 6120C Email Issues

Enter the email interface, click the icon in the lower left corner, select "Mailbox Settings", delete the original settings you don't need, and select "New":

Let's take my 163 mailbox as an example:

Select New

Email Name: Enter the name you want to use.

Click Send settings.

Server: Port: 25

Email: Nickname: AA Verification: On.

Put the tick in front of "the same as the acceptance setting". Confirm the return.

Click Receiving settings.

Leave pop3 unchanged in the drop-down list, of course, if your mail server requirement is "imap", then you can choose "imap";

Server: Username: 123

Password: My password is ***

Confirm your password again.

Other options are selected according to the actual situation, and generally leave the default and confirm the exit.

Connection settings: Connect to the internet.

Exit to the email interface, click Receive, and if the settings are not mistyped, you can now send and receive emails.

Note: The access point is CMNET, not CMWAP

Bind the QQ mailbox to the mobile phone.

Must be gridded. 6120c is a smart phone, it may be a virus. Or if there is a problem with the system, the following methods can be solved.

1. Soft grid: enter * on the mobile phone, after which you are asked to enter the lock code, the initial password is: 12345, if you have changed the mobile phone password, that is the changed password (not the SIM card password), and then a white screen appears, only the word nokia is displayed, 3 5 minutes later, it will be completed, and the mobile phone time will be re-entered after the grid;

2. Hard grid: turn off the computer first, press and hold the dial key, "* key, "3" key while turning on the phone, turn on the power until the word "nokia" appears, this process can not release any button, wait a few seconds until "formatting...... appearsword, then you can release the key. 3 After 5 minutes, the system format is completed, the phone will automatically restart and enter the standby screen, and re-enter the phone time;
