When the fluid contains impurities, a filter should be installed, and the filter mesh is determined according to the flow impurities, generally 20 60 mesh. When the fluid is mixed with free gas, a degasser should be installed. The entire piping system should be well sealed.
The user should be fully aware of the corrosion of the measured medium and strictly prevent the sensor from being corroded.

Precautions for installation of turbine flowmeter:
1. 2. In places where the flow cannot be stopped, bypass and shut-off valves should be installed. The blowdown and air vents of filters and deaerators should lead to a safe place.
3. The flow control valve should be installed downstream of the sensor, and the upstream shut-off valve should be fully open during measurement, and there should be no vibration and leakage. For processes that may produce reverse flow, a check valve should be added to prevent the fluid from flowing in the opposite direction.
4 The sensor should be concentric with the pipeline, and the sealing gasket should not protrude into the pipeline. The sensor should not be at the highest point of the horizontal pipeline, so as to prevent the gas accumulated in the pipeline (such as mixing air when the flow is stopped) from staying at the sensor, which is not easy to discharge and affect the measurement.
5. The front and rear pipes of the sensor should be firmly supported and do not vibrate. For condensable fluids, insulation measures should be taken for the sensor and its front and rear pipes.
