This failure is usually caused by the diesel fuel injected into the cylinder being discharged without ignition or cooling water entering the combustion chamber.
Cause of failure:1The injector of individual cylinders has poor oil injection atomization.
2.The injection pressure is lower.
3.The fuel injector has severe oil dripping.
4.The ambient temperature is too low, resulting in individual cylinders not burning or poor combustion.
5.There is moisture in diesel.
6.Water droplets seep into individual cylinders.
7.The oil supply advance angle is incorrect.
Troubleshooting:
For this kind of fault, the cylinder breaking method should be used to judge, and the abnormal cylinder and damaged parts should be found by checking the oil off cylinder by cylinder.
1.First, start the diesel engine to a speed of about 700r min, and then check the oil cut off cylinder by cylinder. When the high-pressure oil pipe of the second cylinder was disconnected, it was observed that the exhaust smoke changed from the original gray-white smoke to a large amount of white smoke, which indicated that there was a fault in the second cylinder.
2.Dismantle the injector of the second cylinder, and then check the injection pressure and atomization quality of the injection, and find that the injector is occasionally channeled. After replacing the coupling parts, start the diesel engine again after assembly, observe the smoke exhaust situation, and find that the smoke exhaust situation has changed from the original gray smoke to a large amount of white smoke, indicating that there is water entering the combustion chamber, and the cylinder head, cylinder head gasket and cylinder liner should be disassembled and inspected.
3.After the shutdown, it was found during the disassembly of the cylinder head.
When the cylinder head of the first and second cylinders has 4 nuts and is turned with a torque of 100N·m, the cylinder head nut is loose. This situation is caused by the compression of the cylinder head gasket, which causes water to enter the combustion chamber.
4.After re-tightening with a torque of 280N·m as required, after starting the diesel engine for 5 minutes, the white smoke from the exhaust pipe disappears, and the fault is eliminated.

There may be wear on the piston rings or cylinder liners, check them and deal with them according to the situation.

1).The quality of the fuel used is poor and contains many impurities. Impurities block the fuel injector, so that the cylinder can not be completely burned, causing black smoke, in addition, the engine fuel injector injection pressure is high, and some fine and hard impurities will scratch the inner wall of the fuel injector.
After the nozzle was scratched, the accuracy of the fuel injection was changed, and the fuel injector was damaged, which was very harmful to the engine. If the fuel injector is damaged, black smoke will be emitted even if the fuel is qualified. Therefore, the quality of the fuel must be well controlled, and the selection of qualified fuel is conducive to the service life of the engine.
2).There is a lot of dust and debris in the environment, and the air filter element is seriously blocked. After the air intake filter element is blocked, the cylinder combustion air is insufficient, and the combustion is incomplete.
Clean or replace the air cleaner and keep the environment clean. (3).The engine's fuel injection timing is wrong.
The work of each cylinder of the engine depends on the calibration of its injection time, that is, the piston needs to correspond to the chain shed injection in the process of work, and the time difference between the two will cause incomplete combustion and black smoke. In this case, the engine injection timing and valve clearance need to be adjusted. What is the cause of white smoke from the exhaust of a gasoline generator:
1).Caused by the presence of moisture in the fuel system. The bottom of the reservoir can be drained to see if there is moisture.
2).After the cylinder valve is worn, the airflow will be changed.

1. Black smoke from the exhaust pipe
It shows that the engine mixture is too thick, resulting in insufficient combustion. When the air filter is too dirty, the spark plug is poor, the ignition coil is faulty, etc., it will cause the engine to emit black smoke.
2. White smoke from the exhaust pipe
Explain that the injector is poorly atomized or dripping oil makes part of the gasoline not burn; There is water in gasoline; The cylinder head and cylinder liner have cracks that are invisible to the naked eye, and the cylinder gasket is damaged so that water enters the cylinder; The temperature is too low. It can be solved by the following methods: cleaning or replacing the injector, adjusting the injection pressure; Remove moisture from the tank and oil circuit; Do not buy low-cost and low-quality oil; Replace the cylinder head gasket, cylinder liner, cylinder head.
3. Blue smoke from the exhaust pipe
It shows that the engine oil enters the combustion chamber to participate in combustion, the piston ring and the cylinder liner are not completely run-in, and the oil enters through the gap; The piston ring is bonded in the groove, and the cone surface of the piston ring is reversed, losing the effect of oil scraping; The piston rings are worn excessively, and the oil runs into the combustion chamber through the opening gap; The oil pan oil level is too high; The valves and tubes are worn out, and the clearance is too large. It can be solved by the following methods: the new car or overhauled locomotive must run in the engine according to the regulations, so that the parts can be meshed normally; Look at the assembly mark clearly and install the piston ring correctly; Replacement of qualified or oversized piston rings; Find out the reason for the increase in the oil pan oil level and release the excess oil from the oil pan; Reduction of oil in the filter pan; Replace the valve guide.
-
The white smoke is actually water vapor, which is caused by the condensation of water in the exhaust pipe and cylinder body of gasoline.
-
Hello! Look at whether the air intake filter is too dirty and blocked, the ambient temperature is too low, there is a slight white smoke is water vapor, if the gasoline is mixed with diesel oil, the exhaust will spray a lot of white smoke, and even shake, turn off, and it is difficult to start.

Solution: Blue smoke from the exhaust pipe of the generator set:
1. If the piston and cylinder wear is large or the piston ring is worn too much, the wear of the piston and cylinder and piston ring should be checked, and the cylinder should be repaired in time, or the piston ring should be replaced with a new one.
2. If the oil level is too high, check the dipstick and drain the excess oil.
3. If the machine temperature is too high and the oil evaporates, the cooling system should be checked for failure. If there is no fault, it is generally caused by the high temperature of the cooling water, and the cooling water should be replaced.
4. If the leaking plug ring falls down, causing the oil to run into the cylinder, the piston ring should be installed correctly.
5. The oil ring is glued with the ring groove, which loses the oil scraping effect, so that the oil enters the cylinder, and the new oil mold rotten ring and ring groove should be replaced.

Briefly summarize the reasons for the failure of the hand
1. The gap between the valve stem and the valve guide inside the cylinder head is too large, and the oil lubricating the valve train is sucked into the combustion chamber.
2. The inside of the cylinder of the diesel generator set is seriously oiled.
3. The new diesel generator set or the overhauled diesel generator set has not been fully run-in, and the cylinder sealing is poor.
4. The internal parts of the fuel injector are stuck.
5. The oil inside the oil pan enters the combustion chamber and evaporates into oil and gas and is discharged from the exhaust pipe without combustion.
6. The piston ring is cemented in the piston ring groove by carbon deposit, the piston ring is not elastic enough, the ring opening is not staggered, and the oil ring is reversed in the direction of the upper and lower potato surfaces.
7. Too much oil in the oil pan will also cause the oil to enter the combustion chamber.
8. The gap between the piston ring, piston and cylinder liner is too large, causing the oil to enter the combustion chamber.
-
1. Poor combustion (check carburetor or oil pump, fuel injector, etc.);
2. The piston ring or cylinder barrel is worn, and the engine oil is burned;
3. If the coil is emitting black smoke, it means that the generator has burned out, so find a professional maintenance personnel.
The combustion is a bit lagging, the exhaust pipe said.
