Troubleshooting:

For this kind of fault, the cylinder breaking method should be used to judge, and the abnormal cylinder and damaged parts should be found by checking the oil off cylinder by cylinder.

1.First, start the diesel engine to a speed of about 700r min, and then check the oil cut off cylinder by cylinder. When the high-pressure oil pipe of the second cylinder was disconnected, it was observed that the exhaust smoke changed from the original gray-white smoke to a large amount of white smoke, which indicated that there was a fault in the second cylinder.

2.Dismantle the injector of the second cylinder, and then check the injection pressure and atomization quality of the injection, and find that the injector is occasionally channeled.
