Does it have any impact after applying for a marriage certificate in a different place?
The state has not liberalized the registration of long-distance marriages. According to the Marriage Registration Regulations, it can only be done at the marriage registration department in the place where one of the men and women has permanent residence.
Marriage conditions: 1. Both men and women must be completely voluntary.
Article 4 of China's Marriage Law stipulates: "Marriage must be completely voluntary between a man and a woman, and neither party shall be allowed to force the other party or any third party to interfere with it." ”
This provision is the embodiment of the principle of freedom of marriage and is a necessary and primary condition for marriage. The six words "both parties are completely consensual" between men and women are an inseparable whole. First of all, marriage must be consensual, not wishful thinking, and one party is not allowed to force the other; secondly, it is the transfer of one's own volition, not according to the will of others, and parents and other third parties are not allowed to arrange it; Thirdly, it is completely voluntary, rather than reluctantly agreed, which excludes a situation where one or both parties are semi-voluntary and semi-accommodating.
There shall be no coercion by either party or interference by any third party", which is a complement and emphasis on "the complete voluntariness of both men and women". The former provision affirms the positive side, while the latter stipulates the restriction from the negative side.
2. Must reach the legal age of marriage.
The age of marriage shall not be earlier than 22 years for men and 20 years old for women.
The legal age of marriage refers to the minimum age at which a man and a woman can get married. Both parties or one of the parties are below the legal age of marriage and shall not be allowed to marry; Marriage is not allowed until it is at or above the legal age of marriage. Such a stipulation has a full scientific basis and is completely in line with the actual situation in our country, and its basic spirit is to restrict early marriage and encourage late marriage and late childbearing.
3. Must conform to monogamy.
The Marriage Law does not specifically regulate monogamy in the chapter on "Marriage", but it is expressly prohibited in the chapter on General Provisions. Therefore, when examining the marriage application, it is necessary to strictly grasp this condition and carefully verify it. To apply for marriage, you must be unmarried or widowed or divorced to avoid bigamy.

Legal analysis: If two people are in different places, then it is not possible to apply for a marriage certificate, because the certificate needs to be handled in the place of household registration of one of the two parties, and neither of them is from this place, of course, it cannot. For example, if two people work in Shanghai, but neither of them is in Shanghai, then they cannot get a certificate in Shanghai, but have to go back to the place where their hukou is located.
If one of the parties is in a different place, and the other person is not in a different place, then it is possible to register the marriage, for example, it means that two people work in Shanghai Yuanshu, one person is a Shanghai hukou, and the other person is not, then because one of the parties is a Shanghai hukou, so you can still get a certificate in Shanghai, so for the party who is not a Shanghai hukou, it is a different place to get a certificate.
Legal basis: Article 1046 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China Marriage shall be completely voluntary between a man and a woman, and it is forbidden for either party to force the other party, and it is forbidden for any organization or individual to interfere with it.
