1. Preparation for testing

6. Leakage detection

The leak is detected at a pressure multiple of the operating pressure, which is read on the micromanometer. The value of the leakage is read once per minute by the value read on the flow meter (the accuracy of the flow meter is graded), and the average value is taken for a total of three readings.

7. Low temperature detection

The flame retardant breathing valve is installed on the test frame and put into the cryogenic chamber, the temperature in the cryogenic chamber drops to 4-15, and the normal temperature air of not less than 70% is continuously input in the cryogenic chamber at the same time, and reaches the breathing valve before the end of the valve disc is opened, and then the temperature in the cryogenic chamber is reduced to -30, after 24 hours of constant temperature, one side of the test frame is connected to the micromanometer, and the other side is connected with aerodynamic power through the pressure stabilizing tank that contains room temperature air. When the disc of the breathing valve is open, the pressure value is read. Repeat three times.
