February 19, 2019 is the traditional festival of the Lantern Festival. In order to let the orphaned and disabled children spend a happy holiday, on the morning of February 19, Wang Binglong, general manager of Chifeng China Tobacco Golden Leaf Tobacco and Liquor, led the staff of various departments of the company and Kweichow Moutai store to Chifeng Children's Welfare Institute to carry out the condolences of the Fierce God Festival, and sent gifts such as edible oil and yogurt to the orphaned and disabled children here, and brought New Year greetings and holiday blessings.

Accompanied by the staff of the welfare home, the group visited the children's dormitory, activity room, and training room to learn about the children's learning and life. The children were very happy to see everyone's arrival, the children's smiles infected everyone present, Mr. Wang interacted with the children cordially, and the activity room of the welfare home was full of warmth for a while.

Mr. Zhang, Director of the Municipal Children's Welfare Institute, expressed his deep gratitude for the care we sent to the children in the orphanage, and he introduced that some of the children in the orphanage have cerebral palsy, some are mentally retarded, and some are severely disabled, and they are all abandoned orphaned and disabled children. These children are born with disabilities, abandoned by their parents, and have lost their health and love from their parents, which is extremely distressing.

Chifeng Children's Welfare Institute was established in September 1995 and is the only child welfare institution in the city. The main task is to be responsible for the adoption of orphaned and disabled children and abandoned babies in 12 banner counties and districts of Chifeng City, and to provide nursing, education, medical care, childcare and other services. There are more than 80 orphaned and disabled children.

Over the years, the hospital has been awarded 12 awards by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Autonomous Region, and the Party and Government Departments of Chifeng City, and was rated as a Class I Children's Welfare Institute in the Autonomous Region in 1999.

Although the help brought by this visit to the children is limited, such activities will be like a seed, sown in the hearts of each of us, so that more people know that there are still many vulnerable groups in need of the care of the whole society, and there is still a lot we can do.
