Typhoon Doksuri was the strongest typhoon to make landfall in China in 2023 and caused widespread damage. After the typhoon made landfall, it caused heavy rainfall in Zhejiang, Fujian, Shanghai and other places, resulting in flash floods, mudslides, waterlogging and other disasters.
